Client-provided materials (such as logos and brand assets) remain the property of the Client. Works created by Saint Jack Studios are protected by copyright until full payment has been received.
YUsers agree to use the Site in compliance with the law and refrain from attempting to copy, distribute, or misuse content without prior written authorization.
All services are provided based on custom quotes agreed with the Client.
Each project includes up to two (2) standard revisions. Additional revisions or substantial modifications may incur extra costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Saint Jack Studios does not guarantee specific results in terms of sales, revenue, or growth, unless expressly agreed in writing.Our liability shall in no case exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service.
In case of violation of these Terms, the Company reserves the right to terminate the collaboration. Fees for work already performed remain due.
These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes stemming from the website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lecce.
